When you choose to use spreadsheets stored on a cloud drive, such as Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive, ZeeMaps will access the data from your cloud drive on your behalf. We use this data to associate your identifier (email or user ID) with your map. The spreadsheet data will be used to create marker pins or highlight areas on the map. This data remains your property, and we do not trade, sell, or rent your data to any third party.

If we do not already have an email associated with your account, we will use the email provided by the cloud provider to link it to your map. This email may be used to notify you about important information regarding your map, such as the completion of a spreadsheet upload.

We operate with a HIPAA-compliant infrastructure to protect your data while it is stored on our servers. Among the various protections, your data is stored on encrypted disks at rest and always transmitted encrypted over networks. We retain your data only as long as your maps are active with us. Once a map is deleted, we promptly remove the associated data. We honor all requests to remove data within two business days.

Without your express approval, however, Zee Source will not trade, sell or rent your personal information but may collect and/or provide aggregate statistics about its Web site and users to other parties.

When you view certain parts of the Web site, information may be stored on your computer. This information will be in the form of a "Cookie" or similar file and will permit tailoring of the Web site to better match your interests and/or preferences.

This site, however, contains links to other Web sites and Zee Source does not control the privacy policies of those sites.
